A leading charity for the arts based in Cardiff is seeking a Cymru Programmes Officer to support the Director in delivering innovative programmes. The successful candidate will curate events, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure the smooth delivery of various initiatives in film, games, and TV. Applicants should have experience in event programming and be fluent in Welsh. This role offers a salary of £31,350 per annum along with generous holiday and employee benefits.

To support the Director of BAFTA Cymru to shape and deliver inclusive, innovative programmes of activity that support BAFTA’s mission.
Working closely with the Cymru team and BAFTA programmes team, this role will take responsibility for curating events and professional development opportunities that inspire our audiences and industry partners alike. Your role includes ensuring the smooth programming and delivery of year-round events and initiatives that reflect the evolving landscape of film, games and TV and collaborating with creatives and cultural organisations.
