Qualifications

  • Experience in cyber risk management across IT or OT environments.
  • Strong knowledge of information security controls, standards and frameworks including ISO27001 and NCSC CAF.
  • Hands-on experience deploying controls, monitoring their effectiveness and coaching compliance to standards and policies.

Responsibilities

  • Implement controls across the Cloud environment for energy trading.

Description

Field is an Energy Storage Provider that operates across the value chain from project development through to asset management and trading. This gives rise to its complex technology ecosystem spanning Information and Operational technology environments. As Field continues to grow, both internationally and with regard to MWs under management, these IT & OT environments will also grow and need to maintain the appropriate levels of confidentiality, integrity and availability. This is where you come in. The successful candidate will be instrumental in leading the development and execution of a robust Cybersecurity Program fit for Field.

Key Responsibilities

This is a broad and varied role with the opportunity to have massive impact. Key responsibilities including

  • developing and owning the programs of work to identify, obtain and maintain appropriate compliance standards. e.g. ISO27001, CyberEssentials & NIS2
  • partnering with our Suppliers as well as Procurement and Construction teams to design and implement effective controls for our OT environments
  • developing and maintaining policy across the organisation across a wide range of areas
  • partner with our Technology team to design and implement effective controls across our Cloud environment which hosts our in-house automated energy trading platform, GAIA
  • partnering with our Managed IT Service Provider to design and implement effective controls our wider enterprise environment and application suite
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Experience in cyber risk management across IT or OT environments
  • Strong knowledge of information security controls, standards and frameworks including ISO27001 and NCSC CAF
  • Hands-on experience deploying controls, monitoring their effectiveness and coaching compliance to standards and policies
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
