Concentrix is hiring a Polish-speaking Customer Support Advisor to join its Primark team. This full-time, permanent role offers a hybrid work model with two days in the Belfast office and three days remote. As a Customer Support Advisor, you’ll handle customer inquiries via social media and email, addressing issues such as missing orders, payment concerns, product availability, and order modifications.   • Minimum broadband speed of 10 Mbps and a distraction-free home workspace
  • Clean record with no credit, criminal, or disciplinary issues
  • Experience in social media support or content moderation
