An educational platform in London is seeking a part-time Customer Success Assistant to support Sales and Customer Success teams. You will answer inbound calls, assist new customers, and manage ongoing tasks in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, well-organized, and a confident communicator. Job Type: Part-time (2 or 3 days per week) – Permanent, immediate start
MASSOLIT is an educational platform hosting short video lectures delivered by leading academics, aimed at GCSE and A Level students. We have an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality resources to schools, with over 11,000 lectures covering the arts, humanities and sciences.
We are looking for a motivated person to help our Sales and Customer Success teams achieve their goals and deliver exceptional service to our customers. The Customer Success Assistant will join a small and dynamic team of passionate people, dedicated to providing excellent teaching resources to schools and individuals around the world. This is a new role so duties will be varied with scope for progression and professional development. Full job and product training will be provided.
The successful candidate will work 2-3 days per week from our South London office, equipped with standing desks, new iMacs and plenty of healthy (and not-so-healthy) snacks.
The ideal candidate is incredibly well organised and can juggle a variety of ongoing tasks. This is the perfect opportunity for someone looking for meaningful part‑time work and who wants to be part of a growing small business.
Initial interviews will be conducted via Google Meet, followed by a final interview conducted in person at our London office (near Oval tube station).
