Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Dronfield
Salary/Hourly Rate: £12.21 per hour
Job Type: Temp to Perm
Working Hours/Days: Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm and 1 in 6 Saturdays 9am - 4pm

We are looking for a proactive and friendly Customer Service Advisor to join our client's team in Dronfield. If you're passionate about helping customers and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities
  • Handle a high volume of inbound calls from customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
  • Provide support for a variety of industries, including GP surgeries, insurance companies, and solicitors.
  • Accurately take messages and log customer contact details into the system.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and offer appropriate solutions or escalate as necessary.
  • Maintain a high standard of customer service and ensure all interactions are positive and productive.
  • Work effectively as part of a team, contributing to team goals and improving overall customer satisfaction.
