The Customer Service Administrator, known internally as a Valuation Manager,at Move With Us (part of Simplify)worksas part of a busy and friendly Developer team.With full training provided,you’ll be tasked with liaising with estate agents, writing valuation reports, and supporting the wider team in a busyCustomer Service role.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need to be good with people, calm under pressure whilstmaintaining high levels of accuracy, and target driven. Ideally, you'll have prior knowledge or experience of working within the property sector although we are prepared to train the right person from scratch.
You’ll be expected to complete reports quickly and efficiently, and whilst this is not a customer facing role, you will need to have well honed customer service skills and a personable yet professional manneras you will spend a lot of time on the phone and email.
