Numan Operations Limited is a registered pharmacy based in Cardiff with responsibility for dispensing and shipping medication and supplements to the customer’s front door. As an ever-growing team, we are in search of enthusiastic, motivated individuals to join us. Successful applicants will be welcomed into an experienced team that is friendly and supportive, with an opportunity to work within a growing organisation.
This role will be based in our Pharmacy in Cardiff, Wales. As one of our Cardiff-based Customer Care Agents, you will be a key point of contact for our customers, solving problems regarding their deliveries and liaising with our courier partners. You’ll collaborate across multiple teams to ensure deliveries are compliant, patients receive their products on time, and claims are investigated fairly. This is an in-person role, working 5 days a week in our Cardiff office, Monday–Friday, 8.30am–5.30pm. While this role is primarily weekday-based, please note the wider Customer Care team works under shift patterns that can include weekends, so you’ll need to be comfortable supporting this in exceptional circumstances.
