A leading energy management firm in Milton Keynes is seeking a Customer Account Manager to manage a portfolio of business customers. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in B2B sales, strong relationship skills, and CRM proficiency. In this hybrid role, you will drive customer satisfaction, manage renewals, and pursue upselling opportunities. The position offers a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 plus uncapped commission, flexible working arrangements, and a culture of employee ownership.
Your role will be to manage and grow a portfolio of business customers in the energy services sector. You will serve as the primary relationship manager for approximately 400 assigned customer accounts. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction, renewing service contracts, and identifying upsell opportunities, all while coordinating closely with our support teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
The ideal candidate is a proactive account manager with a track record in B2B sales and account management (preferably in the energy or utilities industry), strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to meet retention and revenue growth targets. This position offers a competitive base salary plus commission, with on-target earnings aligned to achievable upsell and renewal goals.
