Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Sell new auto insurance policies and renewals.
  • Service existing policies and market for possible new business.
  • Provide professional, courteous service to internal and external customers.
  • Answer questions regarding customer’s policy.
  • Accept payments and process transactions.
  • Identify potential needs the customer may have regarding their policy.
  • Follow up with customers on quotes, renewals, and cancellations.
  • Participate in marketing initiatives for new business development as needed.
  • Maintain a neat and clean work area and office.
  • FNOLs (vehicle inspections).
  • Taking vehicle pictures (squatting, bending, flexing may be required).
  • Bank deposits.
  • Position is full time.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications / Requirements
  • Computer literate; basic to intermediate skills.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is helpful.
  • Must have excellent communication skills, be assertive, and provide a first-rate experience for customers.
