Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Sell new auto insurance policies and renewals.
- Service existing policies and market for possible new business.
- Provide professional, courteous service to internal and external customers.
- Answer questions regarding customer’s policy.
- Accept payments and process transactions.
- Identify potential needs the customer may have regarding their policy.
- Follow up with customers on quotes, renewals, and cancellations.
- Participate in marketing initiatives for new business development as needed.
- Maintain a neat and clean work area and office.
- FNOLs (vehicle inspections).
- Taking vehicle pictures (squatting, bending, flexing may be required).
- Bank deposits.
- Position is full time.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Computer literate; basic to intermediate skills.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is helpful.
- Must have excellent communication skills, be assertive, and provide a first-rate experience for customers.
- Must pass state licensing requirements.
- Flexible schedule.
- Reliable transportation.
Education / Training / Experience
- High School Diploma.
- Previous customer service experience is helpful.
