Job summary

A healthcare service in Scotland is seeking a proactive Systems Support Technician for its ICT Service Delivery team in Inverness. You will support over 6,000 users across multiple sites, providing technical assistance for a variety of ICT systems, including hardware and software. The role involves ensuring compliance and cyber resilience. Candidates should have substantial IT support experience and skills in Windows, Azure, and network troubleshooting. Working hours are 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday, with on-call responsibilities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and user support for ICT systems.
• Support and maintain core SAS ICT systems.
• Ensure cyber resilience and ICT compliance.
