Description

Team Fishel, the BestChoice Employer in the utility construction and network installation business, is hiring Overhead / Aerial Crew Leaders in Rochester, PA.

The Aerial Telecom Crew Leader will be responsible for assisting the project Supervisor by managing the daily job site situations, maintaining a safe and accident free working environment, and being accountable for quality and productivity for our customers in the Broadband Communications industry. Starting pay range for this position is $25 - $30/hour and will be commensurate with skills, qualifications, and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Review plans and permits
  • Establish daily crew goals
  • Communicate with customer
  • Monitor progress
  • Evaluate Teammate performance and provide coaching

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License strongly preferred
  • Lineman training a plus
  • Certification in First Aid/CPR is desired
  • Basic Aerial Placement is desired
  • 18 years old with High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • Three years related experience in construction
  • Ability to communicate with Teammates and customers
