Job summary

As an Analyst in the Middle Office Credit Trade Support team, you’ll play a key role in supporting the execution of control functions for our Global Markets Division trading desks. Positioned close to the trading floor, you’ll develop relationships with traders while learning about the Credit Market Business Line that works with financial products including Bonds, CDS, CDS Indices, CDOs, Swaps, and FRAs.

Under the guidance of experienced professionals, you’ll ensure accurate and timely trade capture, validation, and lifecycle management in Front Office systems. Your work will help uphold the integrity of trade processing while deepening your understanding of market operations and control frameworks.

This role provides an excellent foundation for understanding the operational aspects of credit trading, including trade validation, lifecycle management, and issue resolution. You will have opportunities to learn about client business development, transaction security, and risk control while gaining exposure to business projects such as new markets development and adaptation to new regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with trade validation in Front Office systems under supervision.
  • Support CDS & Indices trade booking and follow-up processes.
  • Help process Swaps trade bookings and follow-up.
  • Perform false/technical counterparty checks as directed.
  • Learn distressed assets lifecycle management processes.
Strategy & Business Planning
  • Support process improvement initiatives by gathering data.
  • Learn about control procedures and their implementation.
  • Observe new product development from an operational perspective.
  • Help identify efficiency opportunities within existing workflows.
  • Learn about regulatory requirements affecting Middle Office operations.
