# Credit Controller - Order to CashThe Finance Division plays a vital role in managing the University's resources, maintaining accurate accounting records, and supporting decision-making across all departments. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Credit Controller to join our Order to Cash team and help improve the University's aged debt position and overall cash flow.**The Role**In this role, you will take responsibility for managing designated non-research debts, ensuring timely income collection, and maintaining accurate customer records. You will work closely with up to 160 University institutions as well as external customers, using a range of communication methods to resolve overdue accounts and escalate problem debts where necessary. You will also provide a central service for customer account set-up and maintenance, supporting data integrity within the finance system.Key responsibilities include:* Prioritising and collecting overdue debts* Liaising with internal institutions and external customers to secure prompt payment* Producing and analysing monthly debt reports* Managing customer account set-up and data cleansing activities* Supporting refund processes for research grants**Your Skills**You will have experience in credit control and working within a financial environment, with strong IT skills (including Microsoft Office) and familiarity with accounting systems, ideally Oracle.
