Counterbalance Driver – Weekends

Company: Arquitetura I Design (recruited via AMJ Recruitment)

Location: Coventry, CV3 – manufacturing facility

Work: Part‑time, Weekends (Saturday & Sunday)

Pay: £14.40 per hour

Term: Temporary to permanent after 13 weeks

Start Date: ASAP

Hours: 08:30am – 19:00pm Saturday & Sunday (20 hours per week; extra hours available to full‑time if required)

Responsibilities
  • Offload/load finished and delivered goods.
  • Ensure all product incoming or outgoing is correct and in suitable condition.
  • Supply the production facility with required inventory, correctly and in a timely manner.
  • Report any quality failures to warehouse leadership team.
  • Ensure all company processes are followed correctly.
  • Perform other reasonable tasks within skill level as required.
  • Ensure all working areas are clean and presentable.
  • Ensure inventory is stored safely and suitably.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate inventory.
  • Complete and file pre‑use check sheets.
  • Carry out equipment maintenance as needed and on an ad‑hoc basis.
Key Skills & Requirements
  • Valid counterbalance licence (mandatory).
  • Recognised and current forklift truck licence preferred.
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Team player with a "can do" attitude.
  • Ability to work using own initiative.
