A leading accountancy firm in Norwich seeks a Corporate Services (Audit) Assistant/Assistant Manager. This role offers the chance to develop your skills while working with a diverse client portfolio. You must have a strong audit background, relevant qualifications or be working towards them, and excellent interpersonal skills. This position offers an attractive salary and benefits, along with support for further qualifications.
We have an opportunity for a part qualified Assistant or a qualified Assistant Manager to join the Corporate Services team at our growing office in Norwich. Following our recent acquisition by Azets, a UK Top 10 Accountancy Practice, you will be joining us at an exciting time, during our ongoing integration period.
At Assistant level:You must be studying towards or have partially completed any of the AAT, ACCA or ICAEW (ACA) qualifications and alongside this, have a minimum of 2 years recent experience of Corporate Services work within a UK practice environment, to be considered. Study support will be provided, and clawback coverage will also be considered where applicable. You should also meet the following academic criteria:
At Assistant Manager level: You will already be ICAEW/ACCA qualified, or qualified by experience, with at least 3 years of recent experience in Corporate Services work within a UK practice environment.

The role
The exact type of work you undertake will depend upon your experience and competencies but this role provides real scope to develop your existing skills. Subject to your existing level of experience, you will be expected to lead audit jobs and assist on larger audit assignments within the team as required. You will also be required to prepare accounts for a variety of businesses.
