What You’ll Do

We are looking for someone who loves operations, gets excited about problem solving with various cross‑functional teams, and is passionate about building strong and lasting relationships.

The position will report to the Assistant Manager of Sales Operations, EU & UK and he/she will partner with various stakeholders to support our UK and EU growth.

What You’ll Be Working On
  • Receive, enter, and process all domestic and international customer PO’s daily, ensuring customer orders translate seamlessly into our ERP system.
  • Responsible for accurately inputting POs to the ERP system to ensure the validity of all sales reporting.
  • Work with internal teams to place, track, and confirm delivery for their respective team needs (marketing and PR initiatives, sampling, etc.).
  • Work closely with commercial and demand teams to ensure customers are allocated the correct SKUs and quantity on all types of orders.
  • Meet the key performance indicators (KPIs) established by the manager at the beginning of each month (e.g. place orders within 24 hours, % number of orders per month dependent on business needs, meeting project deadlines).
  • Attend the office at least two to three days per week for collaboration purposes.
  • Assist with the gradual rollout of EDI order processing by helping coordinate testing with retail partners and internal teams.
  • Monitor both manual and EDI order processes, helping identify and escalated transmission errors or inconsistencies to line manager.
  • Document all processes into easy to understand step‑by‑step SOP (Standard Operating Procedure).
  • Begin familiarisation with SAP processes and language in preparation for go‑live in the coming year.
  • Communicate effectively with Retail Partners and Third‑Party Vendors regarding all open orders; both manual and EDI based.
Must Haves
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools: Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain or related fields.
  • 2‑3 years of relevant workplace experience.
  • Must be a proactive team player with strong analytical and solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability and willingness to solve problems and adjust to a fast‑paced environment.
  • High attention to detail in order to process multiple sales orders accurately with initiative to flag when errors found.
  • A strong business sense and experience operating in small to medium‑sized business environment.
  • The ability to operate effectively and efficiently on a somewhat independent level.
  • Beauty industry experience is a plus, but not required. However, a passion for beauty products and for Sol de Janeiro is a must.
  • Experience with ERP systems required; familiarity with or willingness to learn SAP is highly desirable as the company transitions systems.
  • Exposure to or interest in EDI platforms and workflows; experience with EDI is a plus but not required.
  • Comfortable working in an environment undergoing systems and process change.
