Location: Our Lady & St Joseph’s Catholic Primary School, St Ives Road, Leadgate, County Durham, DH8 7SN

Grade: Grade F, SCP 14-19 (£29,540- £32,061 per annum, pro rata)

Hours: 22.5 hours per week, Term Time Only (38 weeks), Permanent

Responsibilities

• We have an exciting opportunity for a Cook in Charge to join our Catering Services Team at Our Lady & St Joseph’s Catholic Primary School.
• The successful applicant will be motivated and committed, demonstrate a passion and flair for food, be creative, forward thinking and keen to assert their professional style. They will inspire the kitchen team by example, helping them to broaden their culinary awareness and abilities and thereby improve service standards and quality of product.
• With additional support and under the direction of the Catering Cluster Manager they will also be able to undertake administrative and line management responsibilities within a small catering environment.
