Contract Manager Multi Site - Commercial Maintenance – Biological Consulting Europe Ltd

We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to oversee multi-site commercial building maintenance contracts across Central London and the surrounding Surrey area. The role offers a competitive salary of up to £65,000 plus a car or car allowance and a flexible work arrangement between the Surrey office and client premises.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure client satisfaction levels remain consistently high, driving contract development and portfolio expansion.
  • Maintain in‑depth knowledge of contractual terms and lead monthly contractual review meetings with senior management.
  • Meet contractually agreed KPIs/SLAs and oversee the successful completion of reactive and Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) work orders.
  • Attend strategic contractual/operational client meetings on a weekly basis or as required.
  • Provide leadership and management to the site team, motivating and developing staff.
Qualifications
  • Recognised apprenticeship and fully electronically or mechanically qualified to a recognised level (e.g., C&G, HNC/HND).
  • Proven experience managing mobile businesses and multi‑site contracts.
  • Strong team‑player attitude with the ability to prioritise and solve problems under pressure using innovative solutions.
  • Strong people‑management skills and excellent written and verbal communication.
