A customer service organization based in Norwich is seeking a Contact Centre Representative to deliver outstanding customer experiences. You must possess a genuine desire to help the community, be empathetic and attentive to our customer’s needs. You would have some experience in a customer facing role specialising in a similar field such as technical advisorand also have experience in a target driven Customer Service environment meeting KPI's and SLA's. You should have agood general standard of education, further education or qualifications would be advantageous.
The heart of the role is a passion for quality and producing high levels of customersatisfaction, through highly motivated and target driven people.
You will be engaging with our customers providing exceptional service and support, resolving technical problems and exploring additional requirements. The role requires timely and accurate reply to all the incoming emails, taking inbound calls from new and existing customers and making outbound follow-up calls to help customers resolve their technical problems. This requires working closely with all departments in C365 while ensuring that quality and accuracy is maintained throughout.
