You’ll gain broad exposure to benchmark administration, from data ingestion to index review and launch.The role is for an Assistant Manager, playing a key role in shaping and safeguarding our compliance framework, contributing to regulatory excellence and operational integrity.**Key Responsibilities*** **Compliance Risk Management**: Partner with the business to identify, assess, and mitigate risks, ensuring alignment with risk appetite.* **Regulatory Projects**: Support timely responses to regulatory requests, coordinate fee analysis with Finance, and assist with new authorisations and licensing.* **Regulatory Analysis & Advisory**: Investigate incidents and complaints, advise on fair customer treatment, and rapidly escalate issues internally or to regulators as needed.* **Conduct Compliance**: Strengthen frameworks for Conflicts of Interest and Personal Account Dealing.* **Governance & Reporting**: Facilitate governance forums and support Compliance presence in first-line forums.* **Management Information**: Help develop and maintain dashboards with relevant KPIs and KRIs to enhance compliance visibility.* **Training**: Update and deliver targeted compliance training aligned with new initiatives.* **Horizon Scanning**: Analyse emerging regulations, technologies, and market disruptors impacting benchmarks.* **Critical & Special Indexes**: Support compliance frameworks for BMR Critical Indices and contribution-based benchmarks (e.g., SAIBOR).**What we’re looking for*** Proven experience in **Compliance, Risk, Consulting, or Audit** within financial services.
