She is non-verbal and uses a wheelchair, but her joy shines through with every smile—especially when listening to Elvis or watching her favourite Disney films. Familiarity, gentle reassurance, and calm care make all the difference in her day.

Your responsibilities will include:
Providing sitting support while she rests (monitoring for seizures or discomfort)
Ensuring emotional comfort and gentle communication
Responding calmly to distress with reassurance
Light personal care, including pad changes as shown by her family
Working safely in a small bedroom space with hoisting equipment (training provided)
Experience with epilepsy, PEG care, or cerebral palsy (preferred)
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
A calm, kind, and emotionally aware approach
Confidence in a family-led care setting
A full UK driving licence with business insurance and access to your own vehicle
Pay up to £20.00 per hour
Weekly pay
Flexible shifts planned in advance
Free enhanced DBS
Full shadowing and induction before your first shift
Ongoing support from our experienced care team
Access to QCF Diplomas and specialist complex care training
£250 refer-a-friend bonus (terms and conditions apply)
