Complex Care Support Worker – Make a Real Difference

We’re offering an exciting opportunity for a support worker to work alongside our client with complex needs in Chippenham, Wiltshire. You’ll be supporting a lady in her 20s who due to a brain injury has complex clinical needs, including cerebral palsy, epilepsy and learning difficulties. We're looking for someone with experience in support work and the ability to build a strong, supportive relationship through clear communication and empathy.

Pay: £15.54/£16.19 per hour weekdays, £16.19 Saturdays, £16.85 Sundays. Hours: 24 per week over two days (10:00 – 22:00 with sleep in).

She lives in her own home, a purpose built property that she is very proud of. She enjoys a wide range of activities like cycling, swimming, badminton and walking while being very open to new experiences. Your role will be to support her physically and emotionally, helping her live life to the fullest.
