Qualifications

• Previous experience in complex care (tracheostomy, PEG, ventilation, seizure management) desirable.
• A genuine passion for person-centred care and community-based working.
• Experience supporting children and/or adults with complex health needs preferable.

Responsibilities

• Join community-based teams in Buntingford delivering complex care.
• Provide exceptional care for children and adults with complex health needs.
• Work flexible shifts, both day and night, ensuring continuity of care.
