Join our team at Citizens Advice Rushmoor as a Community Skills Coach! You’ll work directly with people in our community to help them develop practical skills, increase confidence, and take positive steps towards their personal goals. You’ll plan and deliver engaging activities, provide one-to-one support, and connect people with opportunities that meet their needs. Contract: Fixed-term contract until 30.06.2026, starting as soon as possible.

Location: Based in our two offices in Farnborough and Aldershot and outreach locations around the borough
