A leading energy services provider in Manchester is looking for a Commercial Manager to oversee FM contracts. The role offers hybrid working with responsibilities including commercial delivery, stakeholder management, and risk analysis. Equans is looking for a Commercial Manager to join our team on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary, company vehicle or allowance, bonus and benefits package.
The role offers hybrid working, with travel required to London.
The Commercial Manager will lead the commercial delivery of a significant FM service contract within EQUANS Sustainable Facilities Management Division and support other contracts in the wider portfolio as required. They will provide contract commercial management and profit improvement, risk and opportunity management along with focus on compliance. In addition they may be required to support growth within on the existing contracts as well as new business development initiatives to extend the suite of contracts in the region.
The Commercial Manager will manage numerous stakeholder relationships, including external relationships with clients, suppliers and leadership and functions.
Holding collective responsibility with the commercial team to improve operations and deliver against financial plans.
