This is a broad, impactful role that will suit someone who enjoys being close to the detail while also contributing meaningful insight to support decision‑making as the company scales.

Why this role matters

As one of the early finance hires, you’ll work closely with senior leadership and teams across the business, helping to build robust financial foundations, improve processes, and provide the analysis needed to drive sustainable growth. This role offers significant scope to grow with the company and take on increased responsibility over time.

What you’ll do
  • Prepare monthly management accounts, including P&L analysis, accruals, prepayments, and balance sheet reconciliations.

  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis in partnership with senior stakeholders.

  • Build and own scalable revenue operations (RevOps) reporting and insight.

  • Business partner with teams across Product, Engineering, and Commercial functions to provide financial insight, challenge assumptions, and support performance.

  • Support the leadership team with decision-making through robust analysis and clear financial reporting.

  • Maintain and continuously improve transactional processes across accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management.

  • Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities across the finance function.

  • Support audit, tax, and compliance processes as the business continues to scale.

  • Provide financial analysis, modelling, and insight to support enterprise sales and strategic decisions.

  • Help shape the future of the business by combining strong financial management with commercial awareness and innovation.

About You
  • Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent); part-qualified candidates will be considered if experience is highly relevant.

  • Experience in a fast-growing business, ideally within a SaaS or technology‑led environment.

  • Proven track record of making a real impact within a finance function at a growth-focused company.

  • Commercially minded, with experience driving efficiency, improving profitability, and delivering sustainable results.

  • Skilled at building strong relationships across all levels of the business and influencing stakeholders.

  • Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with a hands‑on, practical approach in a dynamic environment.

We're looking for someone who
  • Has an entrepreneurial mindset with the confidence to build processes and ways of working from first principles.

  • Is collaborative and approachable, with strong communication skills.

  • Is analytical, forward‑thinking, and comfortable making decisions in a fast‑moving environment.

  • Has ambition, motivated to grow with the business and take on increasing responsibility over time.

  • 35 days holiday

  • Private health insurance (for you + family)

  • Company Pension plan

  • Apple hardware
