Brown Rudnick is seeking a talented mid‑level Commercial Litigation Associate with 2–5 years of post‑qualification experience to join our internationally recognised litigation team in London, UK. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to work on complex, high‑value disputes across diverse industries. As part of our team, you will contribute to every stage of litigation – from pre‑action work such as injunctions and mediation to preparing pleadings and applications / hearings, client and party communications and disclosure processes; conducting in‑depth legal research; taking witness and expert statements; and supporting trial preparation and overall case strategy – while also handling complex arbitrations.
Our Dispute Resolution Department in London serves a wide variety of clients in connection with many exciting and challenging matters in a dynamic environment. The team is comprised of high performing, creative thinking trial lawyers, many called to the bar. This position will provide an opportunity for accelerated professional development through direct collaboration with senior members of the team.
