We’re looking for a passionate and proactive Client Relations Executive to join our team, focusing on strengthening relationships with our Education clients. You’ll play a key role in our retention strategy — building trust, driving renewals, and ensuring every client feels valued and supported. This is a field‑based role where no two days are the same — you’ll collaborate with operations and support teams to deliver exceptional service and identify opportunities for growth.

This is a national role requiring regular travel across the UK for client meetings and site visits.

Responsibilities
  • Engaging with Education clients to maintain and grow strong, positive relationships.
  • Managing the client retention pipeline, ensuring renewal targets are met.
  • Coordinating re‑negotiation and re‑bid activity, from documentation to client presentations.
  • Using CRM tools to track performance, monitor risks, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Partnering with internal teams to develop tailored solutions based on client feedback.
  • Analysing win/loss outcomes to inform future strategies and strengthen retention.
Qualifications
  • You must have experience in the Education sector of contract catering.
  • A track record of building and sustaining strong client partnerships.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and influencing skills.
  • Confidence with data and financial analysis to support sound decision‑making.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to engage effectively across teams.
Working pattern

Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week - Field‑based role
