A leading soft services provider is seeking a Cleaning Operative in Midhurst, UK. The role requires all round cleaning experience and adherence to Health and Safety policies. Working hours are flexible, on Tuesdays and Fridays from 9 AM to 10 AM. The position offers holiday entitlement, employee assistance, and full training. Candidates must have their own smartphone to use the online time and attendance system.

• Experience with general cleaning duties including dusting, mopping, and restroom cleaning.
• Ability to manage and inspect cleaning equipment regularly.
• Familiarity with using digital tools for shift management.

• Monitor cleaning activities and assist other team members.
• Manage cleaning materials effectively to minimize waste.

Role Specifications:

• All round cleaning experience
• To carry out all cleaning duties in line with the specification and direction given to the highest standard.
• General Duties will include Dusting, Mopping, Toilets, Emptying Bins

• Ensuring you follow and are aware of the Health and Safety policies and procedures

• Inspection of cleaning equipment on a regular basis so as to know when they are worn-out and also request for replacement
• Correct management and use of materials to avoid or minimize waste and/or misuse
• Monitoring of all cleaning activities and providing any form of required assistance to cleaners while they carry out their duties.

Working Hours for a Cleaning Operative: 2

• Tuesday & Friday 9.00AM to 10.00AM
