Repton Manor Primary School, part of the Lightyear Federation, is seeking a passionate and committed Class Teacher to join our friendly and supportive team.
We are looking for a teacher who is enthusiastic about delivering high-quality teaching and learning, has high expectations for all pupils, and is committed to creating a safe, inclusive and inspiring classroom environment.
Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
Meet the needs of all learners, including pupils with SEND, EAL and those requiring additional challenge
Use assessment effectively to inform planning and support pupil progress
Create a positive, well-managed and inclusive classroom environment
Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents and external professionals
Contribute to the wider life of the school and federation
Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Is an effective classroom practitioner with strong behaviour management skills
Has high expectations and a commitment to raising standards
Is reflective, motivated and keen to develop professionally
