Qualifications

  • Experience leading collaboratively across teams.
  • Ongoing engagement in agile learning (training, communities, self-study).
  • Knowledge of wider agile frameworks and practices (e.g., Kanban, SAFe, XP, LeSS).

Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate a clear product vision grounded in customer insight.
  • Translate this vision into well-structured epics and user stories.
  • Champion customer needs and ensure product decisions align with company strategy.
  • Develop, prioritise, and maintain the product roadmap and backlog.
  • Lead backlog refinement and support estimation.

Skills

Strong understanding of the full product lifecycle
Technical awareness and familiarity with industry standards
Excellent communication skills
Experience with agile product management tools (e.g., Jira)
Ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders

Education

Product Owner or agile certification (e.g., CSPO, SAFe POPM)
