Job description

Must be chartered with a mix of both professional services and project management experience.

Position is based in Manchester, hybrid working but requirement to be in the office on a Monday and Friday.

Experience in a similar role.

Full driving license and own vehicle required.

Ideally with Business Development experience.

Experience of supporting graduate Building Surveyors.

Experience of residential/supported living refurbishment projects.

Salary band £50,000 plus car allowance.

Vitality membership, including private health after successful completion of probation.

33 days holiday (including bank holidays) increasing with service.

Company bonus scheme.

Buy or sell holiday up to 5 days a year.
