• Current registration with the NMC.
• Previous experience of leading a team is desirable but not essential.

Our friendly team are looking for a Charge Nurse to join them at Daviot Care Home in the picturesque Scottish Highlands, as they provide high quality, personalised nursing care to the elderly residents of our beautiful 90-bed nursing home, located in Daviot, Inverness.

£22.44 per hour + overtime rates + benefits – 37.37 hours per week

Combining your clinical and managerial skills, you will inspire, support and oversee the care team, leading them to deliver first-class person-centred care to the residents of this care home.

Bringing your previous experience and your strong clinical skills with you, you will feel valued from your very first day and you will find investment in your development will be ongoing. Ideally you will have some previous experience in a care home environment, but if you don't, with your very own mentor, a focused induction and ongoing development, we'll soon help you to settle into your new role.
