Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results‑driven Channel Marketing Specialist II to drive the execution of vertical and country marketing growth plans for Building Automation in Bracknell, UK.

In this role, you will accelerate demand generation in the UK by developing vertical‑specific and country‑level marketing plans and executing comprehensive campaigns through marketing shared services for creative, content, media, and events. You will translate customer needs into value propositions, leverage account‑based marketing to strengthen relationships, enhance brand perception, promote new product introductions, and contribute to overall business profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive vertical‑specific and country growth marketing plans in the UK that support Building Automation business goals and generate a strong sales pipeline.
  • Increase reach and engagement through account‑based marketing and adapt communications into local language to resonate with UK customers, expanding the country footprint.
  • Ensure marketing shared services for creative and content deploy the value proposition effectively through collateral.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with direct and indirect commercial teams and vertical sales to capture continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Oversee planning, execution, and performance evaluation of promotions, integrated marketing campaigns for verticals, NPI, and other impact campaigns.
  • Lead management of Marketing Development Funds (MDF) with channel partners and distributors to coordinate joint marketing initiatives.
  • Lead local events targeting end‑users, specifiers, and partners to build relationships and generate revenue.
