Premier Inn are looking for a passionate and proactive Programmatic Channel Executive to join our Digital Marketing team, specialising in Programmatic/Display marketing. This role is pivotal in driving incremental revenue, increasing hotel occupancy and building long‑term brand strength through full‑funnel digital marketing strategies.

Contract Type: Full‑Time and Permanent

Salary: Up to £45,000pa (for the right experience)

Location: Holborn - London or Houghton Regis, Bedfordshire and hybrid working with coming to the office a minimum of 3 days a week

What you’ll be doing:
  • Lead the day-to-day management of Programmatic/Display channels, ensuring campaigns are planned, activated, and optimised effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external agencies, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and high-quality execution.
  • Deliver insightful reporting and data analysis to track KPIs, identify opportunities and inform future strategy.
  • Work closely with our wider marketing teams including Brand, PR and Product to ensure strong cross‑departmental stakeholder management and a unified full‑funnel mindset.
  • Use data‑driven insights to identify growth opportunities, test new strategies, and continuously improve campaign performance.

  • A data‑driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and translate them into actionable insights.
