• Proven experience in a CDM Consultant / CDM Advisor / Principal Designer role.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and risk assessments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Initial Land Risk Assessments.
• Assist clients in collating pre-construction information.
• Liaise with the principal contractor throughout the appointment.
• Ensure compliance from designers and contractors.
• Prepare Health & Safety files and conduct site inspections.
