A leading facilities management provider is seeking a full-time Catering Supervisor in Tees Valley. The role involves overseeing canteen operations, managing menu and stock control, and ensuring compliance with health regulations. Requirements include prior catering experience, knowledge in cooking and safety management, and relevant certifications. Equans is recruiting for a Catering Supervisor for a full‑time, permanent role working 40 hours per week. Salary: £26,886.38 per annum plus benefits.
Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5 pm with a 30‑minute lunch break.
Note: This role includes a DS Basic check; passing is essential.
You will oversee the operation of the canteen facility, including the preparation and cooking of food and beverages, ordering all food and non‑food items for service provision, and ensuring strict personal hygiene and equipment hygiene in compliance with environmental health regulations. You will manage the menu and stock control, ensure efficient and friendly service, and maintain effective communication with the Account Manager.
