Equans is looking for a Caretaker to join our team working in Coleshill Office, Birmingham, B46 1JU. This is a permanent full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £25,000 – £25,700 per annum and benefits package.

06.00 – 09.00 and 14.00 – 18.00

What will you deliver?

Due to an increase in additional works at this school site we are recruiting for a Caretaker. Responsible for the delivery of caretaking/cleaning services for designated schools within the Birmingham Schools portfolio, together with establishing a close working relationship with the school and community groups. Ensure that all services are provided to a consistently high standard in accordance with the requirements of the Project Agreement.

  • Relevant continuous working experience of providing FM services including cleaning and basic maintenance of buildings and associated plant and systems (Essential)
  • Experience of producing risk assessments & method statements (Essential)
  • Experience of cleaning and caretaking management within an educational environment (Desirable)
