Overview

Care Support Worker - Ringmer at Candlelight Care. Salary: £12.40 per hour + paid travel time and mileage. Job type: Full and part time positions available. Typical shift patterns run from 7am - 2pm and/or 4pm - 10pm. A commitment to working alternate weekends. Driving is not always essential depending on location.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide emotional and practical support; assist with personal care (washing, toileting, dressing), domestic tasks, and food preparation, tailored to each individual’s needs.
  • Assist with medication, use of mobility aids and personal equipment where required.
  • Report to the Registered Manager any significant changes in a client’s health or circumstances.
  • Encourage and enable clients to remain as independent as possible while safeguarding their wellbeing.
