This opportunity is based in our elderly people’s home, where you’ll take on the role of Care Supervisor. It’s a role that’s about more than just routines and paperwork, it’s about being there for people, guiding a team, and helping to create a home where residents feel valued and cared for.
As a Care Supervisor, you will take an active leadership role in the home, ensuring the highest standards of care and support are delivered to residents. You will lead and support the care team, manage daily operations, and provide hands‑on care to residents when needed. This is a role for someone who wants to make a real difference while guiding a team and helping create a safe, welcoming environment.
