Salary: £12.25 – £13.25 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications)

Contract: Permanent. Days, twilight, and night shifts available. Includes alternate weekends.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support residents with a wide range of differing requirements from companionship to personal care.
  • Observe and manage residents’ behaviour with care and document and report any changes in accordance with the required legislation.
  • Support residents’ nutrition and hydration needs, encouraging and assisting them to eat and drink according to their care plan.
  • Provide essential physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities, both in groups and individually.
  • Maintain accurate care plans in line with regulatory and legal requirements.
