Car Sales Advisor – New & Used Vehicles Ford & Changan

Location: Sandicliffe Dealership, Nottingham
OTE: £40,000
Contract: Full-time (including weekends on a rota basis)

Exciting times ahead! Due to expansion and a NEW BRAND joining us, we are looking for 2 Car Sales Executives to join the team!

About the Role

At Sandicliffe, we put people at the heart of everything we do. We’re looking for a customer-focused Car Sales Advisor to join our Nottingham dealership, working across new and used vehicles, Ford & Changan.

This role is about building trust, understanding individual customer needs, and delivering a transparent, supportive car-buying experience. Whether customers are purchasing their first vehicle or upgrading, you’ll guide them through each step with confidence and care.

We’re open to candidates from a variety of backgrounds. If you bring strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and a willingness to learn, we’ll provide the training and support you need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and support customers in the showroom and through digital and telephone enquiries

  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable new and used vehicles

  • Clearly explain vehicle features, finance options, and additional products in a compliant and ethical way

  • Arrange and conduct test drives

  • Manage customer relationships from enquiry through to vehicle handover

  • Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activity

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a consistent customer experience

About You
  • Experience in sales or customer service is helpful but not essential

  • A professional, approachable, and inclusive manner
