We’re supporting a Tier‑1 engineering organisation embedded on the Hinkley Point C project — and we’re for an experienced IMS / CAD Support Engineer to keep critical design systems running smoothly for multi‑discipline teams across the UK and France. What you’ll do
  • Provide hands‑on support across AVEVA E3D, Draw, PDMS, Draft, Diagrams, Engineering
  • Coordinate CAD requests, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure smooth operation of multiple engineering tools
  • Manage scripts, files, configurations and CAD resources across a complex technical landscape
  • Develop macros and automation tools to streamline engineering workflows
  • Build strong relationships with engineering teams in the UK and France, acting as a trusted technical partner
  • Deliver training sessions and guidance to end‑users
  • Work closely with IT and CAD teams to shape roadmaps and continuous improvement plans
What you’ll bring
  • 5+ years’ experience with AVEVA CAD applications
  • Strong scripting capability: PowerShell, Python, PML
  • Solid understanding of Windows environments and IT fundamentals
  • Ability to build automation tools, analyse datasets, and streamline engineering processes
  • Degree‑level education (or equivalent experience)
