A leading retail company in Walsall seeks an experienced Buyer to manage an FMCG category. You'll lead category strategies, negotiate with suppliers, and drive performance metrics. This hybrid role allows for 3 days a week in the office, promoting a culture of support and value for employees. Ideal candidates possess strong negotiation skills and a solid understanding of retail dynamics.
We\'re looking for a Buyer who has managed an FMCG category to join our team, based at our Customer Support Centre in Walsall on a hybrid working model, 3 days a week in the office.
You\'ll take the lead on your assigned category, ensuring it\'s success through effective planning, budgeting and negotiating. Taking an essential role in our product journey, without you, our customers wouldn\'t be able to shop the ranges they love.
