With a team of passionate, diligent, and agile engineers, we are united by a common purpose: building tomorrow’s world today. Day by day, we support our customers' development strategies as well as their technological and sustainability transformation.

Purpose of a role

The Front Office Operational Management Control function focuses on measuring and improving commercial performance by supporting Directors and Sales teams in managing their activities. Our Operational Management Control Department aims to enable the Group’s various Directors to manage their business units, visualize and monitor their performance in real time, set objectives and related action plans, and support decision‑making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Business Partnering: Serve as the primary point of contact for senior Operational Directors, supporting them in managing commercial performance and driving strategic initiatives.
  • Executive Reporting: Prepare insightful analyses for decision‑making bodies, particularly for monthly Executive Committee meetings.
  • Performance Management: Assist Commercial Controllers during monthly reviews with Directors by presenting updated figures and analyses, defining action plans, and leading performance recovery initiatives for underperforming Business Managers.
  • Cross‑Country Coordination: Collaborate with peers in France and Germany to master production processes, ensure the reliability of reporting, and oversee the management and optimization of reporting tools.
  • Tool Development: Contribute to the definition and implementation of new tools to enhance departmental efficiency and insight generation.
  • Continuous Improvement & Compliance: Maintain up‑to‑date and compliant procedures, while proactively identifying and proposing improvements to processes and performance.

As part of the semi‑annual processes, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading and overseeing the preparation of Internal Career Committee reports for Business Managers.
  • Monitoring the progress and compliance of commercial reorganisations.
  • Calculating Business Managers’ targets in coordination with the relevant Directors.
  • Calculating and analysing Business Managers’ commissions, and, together with the Directors, determining the amounts and rationale for any exceptions to be granted.

Key Skills and Experience

  • At least 4 years of experience, preferably within a general management environment or a consulting firm, ideally with exposure to commercial performance management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and position yourself as a true business partner.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent data analysis and reporting skills.
  • Strong command of Excel is essential; knowledge of Power‑BI would be an asset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in both English and French.

What do we offer

  • Company benefits including Private Medical Healthcare, Life Insurance and Travel Insurance.
  • Pension scheme with company contributions up to 6 %.
  • Wellness 24/7 Confidential employee assistance program.
  • Social – Breakfast Tuesdays, Thirsty Thursdays and Pizza on the last Thursday of each month.
