The Consumer Behavior Analyst will be a key contributor in the overall business supporting the Organization’s NHL, Arena, and Sabertooth Sports & Entertainment business units.
The Consumer Behavior Analyst will support the overall business reporting, analytics, CRM and commercial research capabilities of the Organization with a concentration in increasing efficiencies in the areas of ticket sales, corporate partnerships, premium sales, marketing, and arena bookings by directly contributing to our reporting portfolio, analyzing customer trends, as well as contributing to our CRM System and general commercial research.
The ideal candidate possesses a comprehensive data analysis skill set along with experience in identifying trends and opportunities for business improvement; introducing efficiencies into data and reporting strategies that automate manual data processes, building consumer profiles to communicate who our customers are and the best methods for monetization, contributing to executing steps within the customer journey, and analyzing success of trends that lead to revenue growth and overall success of the organization.
