Infopro Digital is currently looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team on a permanent basis at Haynes Group Limited, who sit within Infopro Digital’s Automotive division.

Infopro Digital is a B2B group specialising in information and technology. With a presence in 20 countries, the group has 4,000 employees of 79 nationalities.

Haynes Group PX are an established Automotive Data Solutions provider. For the last 11 years the business has consistently exceeded budgets, delivering double‑digit year‑on‑year growth. In 2020 Haynes Group was acquired by Infopro Digital as part of a larger strategic plan to become a global leader within the automotive data market.

Haynes Group are looking for an ambitious, experienced Business Development Manager to join our sales team. It is an exciting time to join the organisation as you will be instrumental in driving new business growth and expansion.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities through the sale of our current UK product range.

The position will suit an established professional with a proven record of securing new customers and revenue streams from the ground up. The right candidate will be someone who understands the importance of collaboration, ownership, integrity and excellent customer service.

What the role involves
  • Adopting a consultative lead approach, responsible for delivering a pure revenue growth model, through actively identifying and securing new revenue / new business opportunities from new customer logos.
  • Consult with prospective clients to craft solutions and value propositions, meeting their specific objectives, needs and demands.
  • Facilitate complex negotiations, leading to long‑term agreements and client commitments.
  • Develop a strong personal network of contacts, continually be aware of the market changes and needs in terms of both clients and competitors and provide valuable information back into the business.
  • Collaborate with peer group to identify and grow opportunities within territory.
  • Creating a structured and efficient sales cycle.
  • Create and maintain a qualified sales pipeline.
  • Supporting the wider activities of Haynes Group business in the UK һу directed by the General Manager – UK.
Requirements
  • Demonstratable experience and success of working in a value‑proposition‑based, data, software and analytics sales environment.
  • Strong sales skills and demonstrable minimum 2‑year track record of new business development and revenue growth.
  • Experience delivering client‑focused solutions aligned to customer needs, demands and objectives.
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C‑level.
  • Proven ability to coordinate activities and manage multiple projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail and planning.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilitiesupported.
  • Strong verbal, written communication and analytical skills.
