We're Hiring: Business Development Manager (Field-Based, Full-Time, Education Sector, Strategic Growth Role, national role targeting customer base across the North West and North East of England and must be based within this area)

Are you an experienced commercial trailblazer with a passion for driving new business and strategic partnerships in the UK education sector? Do you thrive on winning high-value contracts, building long-term relationships, and delivering customer-centric solutions?

Findel Education is on the move — and we’re looking to expand our team with another Business Development Manager to lead the charge.

What You’ll Do
  • Own and grow strategic relationships with Multi Academy Trusts (MATs), Independent Schools, Local Authorities, and other key education customers.
  • Drive new business across our full portfolio — from educational resources and large furniture projects to non-traditional services like utilities.
  • Lead account mobilisation and development for 12 months post-win, before handing over to our Key Account Team.
