Due to continued growth we are recruiting an experienced Business Development Manager from the Plastics Industry to join our expanding team. This role offers a challenging and rewarding career, where you will play a key role in shaping our vision to be the first choice for every plastic extruded profile challenge. You will identify sales opportunities through to conversion, negotiate commercial terms, and take real ownership to deliver measurable results.
This role is remote but will require occasional travel to our Head Office in Crownhill (must be commutable). Working hours: 09:00–17:00 Mon–Thu, 09:00–16:15 Fri.
Job Type: Full‑time
Starting salary: £50,000 per year (depending on experience) – plus uncapped commission.
