The role involves making outbound telephone calls to decision-makers across various business sectors throughout the UK. The goal is to promote Brownlow Utilities’ diverse range of energy services, which includes energy procurement, compliance (ESOS, SECR), sustainability initiatives, Net Zero strategies, carbon reduction, energy management, and performance-related water audits.
You’ll be responsible for nurturing relationships with potential clients, ensuring continued engagement, and maintaining momentum towards securing business opportunities for Brownlow Utilities. This is achieved by scheduling well-qualified appointments for consultants to meet with prospective clients, thereby driving business growth and supporting the company’s overall success in energy services.
The role requires a commitment to continuous improvement and adherence to the Quality Management System, participating in regular training sessions, collaboration with team members to identify areas for improvement and to ensure that any correction actions identified are implemented in a timely manner.
